The attorneys of the Wooden & McLaughlin Real Estate Finance Practice Area represent major financial institutions, regional lenders, other providers of capital and borrowers in structuring and closing construction, term, permanent and mezzanine loans, including commercial mortgage loans intended for securitization, syndication or other secondary market conduit programs. We have experience with sophisticated lending arrangements, including syndicated loan, tenant-in-common, section 42 low income housing tax credit, municipal bond, layered subsidy and tiered debt transactions. We believe every real estate financing transaction presents its own set of unique opportunities and challenges and bring a creative, problem-solving approach to each matter.
