Kyle D. McClammer
Associate

Kyle focuses his practice in the areas of real estate finance and development.  He represents lenders and developers in a variety of real estate transactions, including commercial loan transactions, acquisitions, and development of commercial and multi-family properties.

Kyle’s practice includes the representation of commercial lenders and financial institutions with regard to construction loans and real estate mortgage loans.  He represents both developers and lenders in acquisition transactions, and has served as counsel for multifamily lenders in connection with low income housing tax credit financing, tax-increment financing and municipal bond financing transactions. 

Kyle has significant experience with loan transactions involving FHA, Fannie Mae, and US Department of Agriculture/Rural Housing Service.  Kyle also counsels lenders and borrowers through the FHA Transfer of Physical Assets (TPA) and Interest Rate Reduction processes.

Prior to joining the firm, Kyle gained experience as a judicial clerk for Judge Margret G. Robb of the Indiana Court of Appeals.
